To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred

Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law
We inform you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
• To learn if your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the relevant legislation,

You can send your requests related to the above rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form that you can access from the Application Form for the Data Subject RTW will process your request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days free of charge. However, if the operation incurs additional costs, a fee will be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
